Are u the ball?

Let me ask you a question:

"In the field of life are you the coach, the player, an owner or the ball?"

Unfortunately, 99 % of people are the ball. What does this mean? It means that a lot us don't have control over our lives, we lack Authority. Not authority to manipulate or control others but instead, authority to control OUR actions, emotions and thoughts.

We can be great at what we do, have a successful career, a great job, we can have lots of friends, a good family, a good relationship, we mght think we have everything under control but there's one thing you need to ask yourself : " Do I have control over myself, do I have Authority? When you have Authority, you are in a constant state of awareness, you know that you're not your possessions, your job, your house. You recongnize yourself as being a soul in a body and not the other way around. You know that every action has a reaction, you know that you are not your emotions. When you feel anger, sadness, frustration or any other negative feeling you recognize them just as emotions that you're feeling, but you KNOW that you're NOT that anger, sadness, frustration or whatever you are feeling. When you are aware of this it becomes a lot easier to control your thoughts and how you react to them.

When you put this into practice you're exercising your Authority.

Still, in the field of life, a lot of people are the ball. That's why the world looks like it looks, sounds like it sounds...war, terrorism, corruptions, greed... But you were not born to be part of that, you were born to change that world. And that change starts with you....

Say this affirmation: " I'm here to change this world. The change starts with me. I have Authority."

Buddha said...

"Good men and bad men differ from each other in their natures. Bad men do not recognize a sinful act as sinful;if its sinfulness is brought to their attention, they do not cease doing it and do not like to have anyone inform them of their sinful acts. Wise men are sensitive to right and wrong;they cease doing anything as soon s they see that it is wrong;they are grateful to anyone who calls their attention to such wrong acts.

Thus good men and bad men differ radically. Bad men never appreciate kindness shown them, but wise men appreciate and are grateful. Wise men try to express their appreciation and gratitude by some return of kindness, not only to their benefactor, but to everyone else."

Which one are you...?

I HONOR THE POWER INSIDE ME

" I HONOR THE POWER INSIDE ME

I FEEL CALM, AT EASE,

NOTHING CAN DISTURB MY PEACE,

MY MIND IS CLEAR

MY SOUL INVENCIBLE

I VIBRATE AT A HIGHER FREQUENCY

AND GOOD THINGS COME TO ME.

I HONOR THE POWER INSIDE ME

I AM HAPPY BEING WHO I AM.

I LOOK UP TO THE SKIES

I SMILE AT LIFE AND

LIFE SMILES AT ME.

AT ALL TIMES,

I HONOR THE POWER INSIDE ME."

Meditate on this...

"A FOOL WHO THINKS THAT HE IS A FOOL IS FOR THAT VERY REASON A WISE MAN. THE FOOL WHO THINKS THAT HE IS WISE IS CALLED A FOOL INDEED."

Dealing with Depression

Dealing with Depression

Meditation is Medication for the soul!

Depression is a call from the soul to learn to deal with the emotional sadnes. At the very core of sadness is the message that we have disconnected from our own soul. We have closed off our hearts to ourselves. To deal with this sadness we must go within. Sadness is a very personal emotion. We think events outside ourselves make us sad. But in reality, no one can make us sad but ourselves.

To deal with depresssion requires embracing our feeelings of sadness. We are sad because we are not experiencing the love that we came here to experience in human form. We must find out why we are not experiencing love.

Depression is initiated by the soul to oblige us to confront and resolve our inner conflicts. It doesn't feel good and it requires patience and disciplined work.

We are obliged to experience grief, sorrow, pessimism and loneliness but we are not obliged to indulge in these feelings. And we have to understand that these feelings are generated by a lack of self-love.

The problem is, of course, that our hearts are closed-blocked off by bad experiences and unexpressed emotions. Sadness and depression never really goes away until we find the gold love in our own hearts.

Depression invites us to turn inward so that we can discover the cause of our pain and find resolution, freedom and empowerment.

Some of the most popular ways that we have learned to use to sever connection with our souls and the Divine include:

1. unexpressed and unhealed emotions

2. negative thoughts and limiting beliefs

3.attachments to presons and things that do not promote our enlightment

4.a lack of purpose and commitment to our own spiritual path.

4.lack of appropriate outlets for our personal creative expression

5.unresolved conflicts that we let rule our minds and behavior.

However, depression is a syptom of a deeper problem that we can't identify. Our inability to connect with our own self-love and xperience connection with the Divine is the most fundamental of these unidenifying problems.

Yoga and meditation

Yoga and meditation were designed to cultivate the connection with our soul. Meditation is medication for the soul because it changes the biochemistry of our brain.

With this particular meditation we can change the biochemistry of our bodies and brains. We feel happy for no apparent reason. This happens because the channels of the brain that connect us with higher states of consciousness and love are accessed and opened. As we practice these exercises and meditations, we experience who we really are.

Meditation to get out of depression

Instructions

Sit in easy Pose with a straight spine, extend the arms straight forward, parallel to the ground. Close the right hand in a fist, wrapping fingers of the left hand around it, bases of palms touching , thumbs together and pulled up straight. Eyes are focused on the thumbs.

Inhale for 5 seconds, and, without holding the breath in, exhale for 5 seconds, and then hold the breath out for 15 seconds. Continue the cycle, starting with 3-5 minutes and working up to 11. Progress slowly. You can also work up to holding the breath out for 1 full minute.

Meditation Course- Chapter 5

Music for meditation

You have so many choices. You can buy meditation music CD's, or you can go online to sites like Pandora.com and set a meditation music channel for free.

Inciense

This is optional. Again you have sooo many choices and it's something very personal. Sandalwood is my favorite.

Prayer of Protection

When you meditate you are more sensitive to all types of energy, so it's important that you protect yourself. You can use the following prayers:

The Lord’s Prayer:

Our Father which art in heaven,Hallowed be thy name.Thy kingdom come,Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

A Prayer of Protection:

As I open myself to the unseen forces that surround the throne of beauty, grace, and might, I throw about myself the protection that is found in the thoughts of Him.

The Twenty-Third Psalm:

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Dare to dream....with The Alchemist

A few years while going through a very difficult time in my life, I found a book that I can say, it literally saved my life. I read it in 2 days, I think. And I was able to understand a lot of things about life, fate, love, dreams, choices, and God. This book gave me strengh to get back on my feet again and start from zero, once again.

Today, while doing my daily meditation this book came to my mind. I remembered how much it had helped in the past and that gave me a wonderful feeling of peace and joy. I strongly recommend this book. It will give you comfort, hope, faith and confidence to go after your most precious dreams, whatever they might be. No dream is too big or too small, no dream is better that another one, there are no limitations to your dreams, only the ones you create in your mind.
Hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!

Meditation Course- Chapter 4

Beginner's meditation

Sit in easy pose. Make sure the spine is straight. Close your eyes. Begin to follow your breath coming in and going out. Be aware of expanding the abdomen on the inhalation and emptying it on the exhalation.
After a short time of feeling the breath, begin to place your attention at your heart center as you inhale and exhale. If you like, you can begin to hear the sound of Sat as you inhale, and Nam as you exhale. Or you can silently repeat "I am" on the inhalation, and "I am " on the exhalation.
After a short time, notice what that feels for you. You may feel peace and calm, or a sensation that light is beaming from your heart and mind.

Now begin to move your awareness from the heart center to the third-eye point. Keep your face relaxed.
Continue "playing" with ths meditation for as long as you like. Again, you may put a mantra or affirmation on the breath as you inhale and exhale consciously.
When you're finished, inhale deeply and stretch your spine and our arms overhead, shake them vigorously for 10 seconds or so. Relax and enjoy the effects of your meditation.

Gratitute Prayer

Expressing Gratitute
There's nothing more beautiful, more soothing to your heart, soul, mind and body than giving thanks. We're so busy sometimes wanting, needing more and more that we forget to express gratitude for what theUniverse hs already given us. And often times, we say "Thank you God" when something meaningful or big happens to us. But what about the little things, the little gifts we receive each day? We...tend to overlook them.

But I bet that if you think about those little things you'll realize that they're the ones you need the most, such as your job, your bed, your toothbrush, your morning coffee.

That is why I giving thanks for the smallest things will bring you not only a sense of peace and joy but also, the feeling that you're not alone, that someone is always watching over you and believe it or not, when you say "Thanks", the Universe, God, Infinite Intelligence, however you want to call it, will bring you more.

This is my Gratitute prayer and I'd like to share it with you.

"God, I thank your for never leaving me alone.
For guiding me and protecting me at all times.
Thank you for the food I eat, the soft bed where I sleep,
thank you for this home and for my loved ones around me.
Thank you for my health, my work, my hands that I use to write these words.
Thank you for the well being of my family and friends.
Thank you for all the things I cannot yet see.

Thank you, thank you, thank you."

Tarot Wisdom: The Magician

The Magician: Manifesting your power

The Magician is the card # 1 in the Tarot deck. As the number 1 it represents the creation process. This card talks about the ability that we all have to create our own destiny. We all come to this world with different talents and skills and it's up to us to learn to recognize, develop and use them to make a difference in the world. We have our ideas, imagination, and tools we need to succeed, sometimes we just can't see it or we might even ignore them!

The Magician tells us that we have the power in our hands to create what we want. Believe in yourself. Ask and you shall receive!

Chapter 2: Elements of Meditation (continued)

Mantra

Many meditations focus ona silent or chanted mantra. In some meditations, the instructions are to chant in a monotone. Generally, thistype of chanting focuses the mind and changes brain patterns. Other meditations have mantras that are sung. Singing opens the heart center and the pranic body.

A common belief is that inmeditation one does not think. When you sit down to meditate, andyour awareness turns inward, you may notice a steady stream of thoughts.
The mantra is a consciously chosen thought. By substituting the mantra for other thoughts, there simply is no room for toher thoughts.
The mantra contains the sound vibration to elevate you. By chanting a mantra, the meridian points on the upper palate are stimulated, the hypothalamus secretes andthe chemistry of the upper centeres of the brain are transformed. This is the scientific process of being in "higher consciousness."

Meditation time

There are specific amounts of "processing" time needed to create certain desired effects during meditation. But you can start modestly and increase slowly.

Periods of time to affect changes

There are specific cycles of time that help change old habits and develop new ones. Each amount of time will give specific results.

40 days: It takes 40 days to change a habit
90 days: It takes 90 days to confirm the habit
120 days: The new habit is who you are
1,000 days: You have mastered the new habit.

Meditation Course- Chapter 1

Chapter 1: Elements of Meditation

Posture

The most important element in sitting for meditation is the position of the spine. You may sit in any of the given postures as long as the spine is straight. Easy Pose, Lotus or on a chair. A straight spine will allow the energy flow without restriction. Adjust your posture by closing the eyes and feeling how well the vertebra of the spine, including the vertical vertebra, is lined up.

Breath

Some meditations will require a specific type of breathing pattern. If none is provided, allow the breath to come in and out naturally. Breathing deeply and consciously will affect both physically (by circulating oxygen and pranic energy to all body systems) and psychologically (by bringing the mind to rest in the present moment.)

Mental Focus

Besides the most common focal points of the third-eye point and the heart center, many meditations also give instructions for other points of concentration. A common one is to focus on the tip of the nose. Another focal point in meditation is the top of the skull or crown chakra.

Meditation Course to Change your Life

Welcome!

There is no greater adventure than this inward one called meditation. It is safe, it is easy, and you will find within your own mind and heart an endless stream of treasures

Chapter 1: Understanding Meditation

The yogis developed their minds to be their servant, not their master. They did this through meditation. First the body must be stilled. In that stillness, the mind will begin to jump about. At his point, the yogic practices of proper posture, inner concentration, and focus on the breath and/or mantra are essential. A person, who has the patience to allow the mind to go through whatever antics it will, while remaining firmly panted, will experience something. That “something” is different for each one, but it will be, in some way or another, a reawakening of the self.
With this awareness comes inner change, then outer change.
Through the meditative mind, the human takes his or her rightful place as the master of the house.
Once your mind starts becoming used to this process, meditation becomes very cozy, very heartful. You will want to do it again and again. After a time of practice, you will find your meditative mind responding instantly to your call. Eventually, you can remain in an elevated consciousness for much of your daily life.

The Fool

The Fool: Open to All Possibilities

The Fool is innocent, open-minded and adventureous. He walks his new path full of hope, optimism, and with the freedom to explore without any preconceived notions.

Sometimes we find ourselves facing a new situation in our lives, a new job, a new relationship and it can happen that it's not quite what we had hoped for, or expected. Sometimes we wonder if we should give it a try or if it's better to wait for something better to come.

The truth is that everything that comes to us comes for a reason even when we can't see it. Opportunities knock on our door and a lot of us push those opportunities away because" it's just not what we wanted."

There's something called Fate, it does exist, but there's also Free Will. Both go hand in hand. An opportunity may come to you because it was destined to happened that way or it was meant to be sent to you, for some reason. But it's your free will that will decide to take it or leave it. And that decision can change the course of your life.

The Message of the Fool is to be open to all possibilities. Open your heart and mind to all possibilities. You don't know where it might lead you. Accept every new opportunity and enter the situation with love, optimism, enthusiasm and hope. Expect the best, knowing that if it came to you is for your higher good.

Let the Universe guide you on your path but always remember: What you do with a particular adventure-whether it be life, a new job, or a new relationship -is up to you.

Enjoy your journey!

The Six Metaphysical Laws of Prosperity- Part 2

The Metaphysical law of Self-Determination is an acknowledgment of the role of personal responsability.

It is your "self" that determines your fate and nothing and no one else. The self-determination you feel within gives you the strength to overcome all the obstacles you will face in life. You must take personal responsability for your actions and the results in your life. Your "self" must become strog and determined. You always succeed through self-determination.

Kundalini Meditation for Prosperity

This powerful meditation technique utilizes many different components of Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Philosophy to work its magic. It uses the power of mantra (sound/thought vibration), yoga mudras (hand positions to facilitate certain states of consciousness), pranayama (breath control techniques), in conjunction with yogic body techniques to fulfill its purpose. Thus, this unique meditation can also be categorized as a Kundalini Yoga Kriya (set) or a Yoga Breathing Exercise (pranayama).

Tools required for Prosperity Meditation Technique:
An alarm clock, stop watch or other time device.
Benefits of Prosperity Meditation Technique:
Primary Benefits:
Attracts and brings to you prosperity, wealth and money.
Makes available to you the Energy of the Infinite. Please use wisely.
Attracts and brings to you gifts and blessings.
Expands and strengthens your Pranic (energetic) body.
Expands and strengthens your nervous system.
Helps you overcome deep seated fears (including fear of death) and makes you courageous.
Builds the Naval Center and abdominal muscles.

Secondary Benefits:
Opens, heals and rejuvenates the Manipura (Nabhi - Naval) Chakra.
Improves your digestive system.
Builds your willpower and strength of character

Cautions for Practicing Prosperity Meditation Technique:
As mentioned above, this meditation technique utilizes breath control (pranayama) as part of its process. It requires breath suspension after exhalation, which is one of the more difficult aspects of breath control. Anytime you are going to practice breath suspension, especially after exhalation, you need to move forward gently and intelligently. So Do Not Strain and build up the time for this meditation systematically. In doing so you will avoid creating unnecessary problems for yourself and will gracefully gain mastery over this profound meditation technique.

Guided Prosperity Meditation Technique:
Follow the step by step meditation instructions below to practice this technique.
Sit in a comfortable cross legged position. You may also sit on a chair for this meditation.
Set your alarm or other time device for the appropriate time (start with 1 minute and build up to 11 minutes or more).
Elongate your spine upwards, lengthen your neck and subtly bring your chin back and in, like a soldier at attention. This will align the spine with the back of your head.
Take 5 deep, slow breaths though the nose. This will oxygenate your blood and relax you.
Place your LEFT hand in Yoga Gyan Mudra (your INDEX finger and Thumb tips are meeting, other 3 fingers are pointing straight)
Extend your left arm up at 60 degrees. Your palm is facing in towards you and the arm should be straight.
Place your RIGHT hand in Yoga Surya Mudra (your RING finger and Thumb tips are meeting, other 3 finger are pointing straight)
Bend your right arm such that your right elbow is near your lower ribs, on the right side of your body, with your forearm making a small angle at your right elbow joint. The right palm is also facing in (and will be about face level).
Close your eyes.
Inhale deeply, then EXHALE completely and hold your breath out.
With your breath held out pump your stomach at a moderate pace about 1 pump / second. Pump your stomach means to pull in your abdominal muscles powerfully towards your spine.
With each pump silently THINK the sound HAR.
Once your have done as many pumps as you are comfortable doing, inhale deeply, then EXHALE and repeat the cycle again. Continue for the duration of the meditation.
Hints & Tips for Prosperity Meditation Technique:
I repeat, start this meditation slowly and build up your time systematically.
When you start to feel stronger and more capable of holding your breath out for extended periods of time, challenge the sense of panic that comes upon you as a result of breath deprivation. Staying calm through this period of panic will make you fearless. DO NOT TRY THIS UNTIL YOU THINK YOU ARE READY FOR IT.
Try to keep the arms as indicated and don’t give up at the first sign of discomfort. Again, don’t overdo it early in your practice, but as you progress let the mind and body know that you have the willpower and spirit to overcome their complaints.
This meditation is designed to give you a great deal of power, energy and wealth. It is provided here with the understanding that you agree not to misuse any of these blessings and agree to use them to make progress on your spiritual journey and/or use them to help others in theirs.
This concludes the Prosperity & Energy Guided Meditation Technique.

Meditation to switch channels and for emotional balance

This is a wonderful Kundalini yoga meditation that you can do when you're worried, upset, or don't know what to do, or when you feel like screaming, yelling or misbehaving.

This exercise will produce quick release of stress, foster emotional balance and help create a quiet space within. It will help you switch channels, or tune into the channel of peace and silence—the neutral mind. Use it:(1) to access the cosmic channel,(2) distinguish between the "peace zone" and the rational mind or "conflict zone", and(3) to train yourself to choose the "peace zone."
Before practicing this meditation, drink a glass of water. Water imbalance in the system, which creates pressure in the kidneys, can cause worry and upset. When out of focus or emotional, attention should be given to the body's water balance and breath rate. Humans are approximately 70 – 90 % water. Our behavior depends upon the relation of water and earth, air and ether.
Breath represents air and ether and is the rhythm of life. Normally we breathe 15 times a minute, but when we are able to rhythmically slow down the breath to 4 (or less) breaths per minute, we have indirect control over our mind. Calm, slow breathing eliminates unbalanced behavior and promotes a calm mind regardless of the state of affairs.
Sit in Easy Pose(legs crossed) or full lotus if you can comfortably. Place your arms across the chest and lock hands under the armpits, palms open and against the body. Raise the shoulders up tight reaching toward the earlobes Apply Neck Lock by tucking the neck in toward the chest with the spine straight. Eyes are closed. This position may be uncomfortable, but it does not hurt. Concentrate on how the breath changes automatically in this position.
The breath will automatically become slow. Continue for 3-5 minutes. You can gradually increase the time to 11 minutes.
Drinking water, pulling the shoulders up toward the ears and tightly locking the entire area creates a solid break to the four sides of the brain. After 2 or 3 minutes, thoughts will be there, but one does not feel them. This is a very effective method of balancing the brain.
To end, relax the hands down, sit quietly and enjoy your inner space of peace. You will notice that you have created a space independent of your rational mind. Your mind will still have thoughts and you can observe them, but you can choose to be in your peaceful space or neutral mind.

Taking control of your emotions

We all want to feel good, we all want happiness, peace, love, harmony and joy. The problem is that sometimes we look for that outside ourselves. How? We let people and situations determine our emotional and mental states. If everything's going well in your life, you have a great job, a wonderful family, great health, money, a great relationship, great friends, then it's easier to feel happy and at ease. But what happens when you're surrounded by circumstances or people that don't make your life so easy? How can you be happy?

For a long time, I thought everything in my life had to perfect in order for me to feel good. If the weather was nice I'd feel good, otherwise I wouldn't. If my relationships were going well I'd feel happy, energized, if my work was going the way I wanted it then I'd feel ok, at peace.

After doing a lot of "soul searching" , I've come to realize that no one and nothing can and will determine my emotional and mental states. I'm aware now that I'm not my emotions. If I feel angry, upset, hurt, disappointed, I just stop for a moment, take a deep breath and I say to myself: "At this moment I recognize anger, or sadness, or frustration in me. I try to imagine those emotions in front of me, separated from me. I don't identify myself with those emotions right away and react to them. Sometimes I can do it as soon as I experience those feelings, other times it might take me a few minutes, in order to relax and just become aware of what happened. In that particualr moment that I see myself separated from my emotions I experience peace.

Then, I can analyze what's causing those emotions in me and be able to work on them and by doing so, I'm not letting people control the way I feel. I take charge of your emotions and decide how I want to feel.

Career Affirmations

CAREER AFFIRMATION # 1

My career has taken off like a rocket.
I AM an expert in my field and I receive the perfect pay for my expertise.
My career rewards me with freedom and monetary abundance.
I AM passionate about my career and it reflects in monetary reward.
I AM promoted to the top of the career ladder with matching funds and matching benefits.
I AM the top salesperson in my field with clients lined up for miles.
My phone is ringing off the hook with additional clients.
My career is overflowing with success, so much that I have hired additional help.
My company is booming with more than enough business.
My career affords me the luxury to travel at will and enjoy all the comforts of complete abundance.

Affirmation for Abundance

I see right through appearances and illusions and know that abundance is all mine.
My abundant thoughts and actions lead in the perfect direction of my desires.
I AM thankful for the limitless, overflowing Source of my abundance.
I AM showered with blessings and my Divine Inheritance.
God provides me with all that I desire, whenever I desire it for as long as I desire it.
God provides me with more than enough substance and supply.
I AM easily, openly and freely accepting abundance, now!
I receive an unmatchable supply of abundance in my Life daily.
I AM always in the right place at the right time.
I live in the likeness and image of God's Divine Abundance.

Remember to say this affirmation at least for 40 days. It takes 40 days to impress upon the unconscious "reacting" mind all that you desire and dream. Then it becomes automatic behavior in the conscious "acting" mind. Affirmations are the same as doing any type of repetitive exercise to change or learn a new behavior.
Put 40 beads, coins or beans in a cup and when you say each affirmation, take out 1 bead, coin or bead. In this way, you will not have to focus on counting your affirmations and you will be able to meditate on the affirmation while at the same time "feeling" it as well. It is VERY important to say the affirmation slowly with feeling. Give yourself time to let your body "feel" the affirmation. If your affirmation refers to "wealth," then "feel" the wealth. If your affirmation refers to "Love," then allow yourself to "feel" Love all around you.
If you get side-tracked and miss a day then go back to Day 1 and start over. First, call to mind what caused you to divert your attention from your affirmations and second, be truly grateful for the awareness. Now you'll know how important it is to change your subconscious mind.
"Enjoy" saying your affirmations and the Power of your spoken word.

The Six Metaphysical Laws of Prosperity- Part 1

There are six Metaphysical Laws of Prosperity, inviolable principles and maxims beyond the phyisical plane that dictate a person's future success and ultimate prosperity.

Law # 1: the Law of Human Radiation

This law recognizes that each person is basically a powerful energy source that radiates a karma of thoughts and feelings, emotions or "vibes", if you will. In a philosophical way, we are both living magnets and power sources oh human energy- a yin and yang in oriental thinking. This law teaches us that as we radiate out our unique energy, we attract into our lives those people and circumstances that are in tune with our unique thoughts. you attract to yourself what you radiate out from yourself, whether it is positive or negative.
Start now, becoming aware of the frequency you're vibrating at, your thoughts and feelings but most importantly, pay attention to what kind of people and situations you're attracting into your life.

The Prosperity Prayer

Prayer connects us to the invisible intelligence that is hard-wired to our soul. Prayers is asking for help and wisdom. Many people have reported finding new work, receiving unexpected sources of money and experiencing a renewed faith as the result of making prayer a part of their lives.

I find helpful to say this prayer in the morning and in the evening before going to bed, it gives me a sense of peace knowing that I have given over to God all my worries, fears and concerns.

" Dear God, I surrender my financial affairs and concerns about money to your Divine care and love. I ask you that you remove my worries, anxieties and fears about money, and replace them with faith.

I know and trust that my debts will be paid and money will flow into my life.

I have only to look to nature to see proof of the abundance you provide.

I release all negative thoughts about money, and know that prosperity is my true state.

I commit to being grateful for all that I now have in my life.

I learn to manage my finances wisely, seeking help where needed.

And finally, I ask you to help me understand my purpose in life and to act on that purpose with courage and strength. I know that prosperity will come, in part, by doing work I love.

Please help me use my skills and knowledge to be of service in the world.

Thank you, God.

Amen

My Secret Garden

My Secret Garden is the place where I can find peace, is the place where I can hide and just sit still. It's the place where I can let go and let God...where I can breathe, feel alive and give thanks for what I have, my family, my friends, my husband, my health, my work, my inspiration and the list goes on and on...

Sometimes you can go to your secret garden to hide, or play, or cry. And one day, unexpectedly, you FIND YOURSELF. And when you find yourself and realize you're not your job, the car you drive, the house where you live, at that moment ....you'll feel free. Free to be who you want to be, to follow your heart and let God guide you, free to experience life like you've always wanted, free to just BE.
